True North Realty is committed to protecting the privacy of any person or entity that uses or makes use of its services, products, or system (“User” or “Users”). This privacy policy (hereinafter “Policy”) explains when and how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected with respect to True North Realty’s website located at www.nctruenorthrealty.com (the "Site"). www.nctruenorthrealty.com domain is managed by True North Realty. By using the Site, the User fully understands and consents to the privacy practices described in this Policy, as reasonably modified from time to time by True North Realty. The user has carefully reviewed this Policy in order to fully understand True North Realty’s data privacy practices. True North Realty is also covered by this privacy policy.

1. Personal Information

True North Realty collects Personal Information from Users in a number of ways, examples such are: when Users visit True North Realty Site, True North Realty collects Personal Information when Users: (1) register and set up an account; or (2) contact True North Realty by e-mail for any reason; or (3) Users enter the contact information of clients or potential clients for the purpose of engaging with them through the use of True North Realty platform; or (4) onboarding and tech support. When Users visit True North Realty website, some information is also automatically collected, such as the User’s computer's Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, User’s computer's operating system, the browser type, the address of a referring website, and the time and date of User’s visit and purchases. True North Realty treats this information as Personal Information if it is combined with or linked to any of the identifying information mentioned above. True North Realty uses Personal Information to process User requests and provide Users with services, to inform Users about other products, to provide Users with products and/or services True North Realty believes may be of interest to the User. When True North Realty uses User Personal Information in its own marketing efforts, True North Realty provides Users with options and does not disclose the User’s Personal Information to third parties, except as described in this Policy. Personal Information provided online may be linked together or merged with other Personal Information so that True North Realty may better understand User needs and inform Users about True North Realty products or services. True North Realty also uses User Personal Information to send Users informational emails, including without limitation to newsletters, notifications by account owners, project managers, forum moderators, group members, and reminders of event schedules and attendance.

1. SMS Communications - Opt-In Language

By providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive SMS (text messages) from True North Realty for purposes that include, but are not limited to, appointment confirmations, updates regarding services, account notifications, and marketing messages.

• Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan.
• You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or contacting us at admin@nctruenorthrealty.com.

True North Realty will not share or sell your mobile number to third parties for SMS marketing purposes without your consent. Users who opt-in to SMS will receive communications that are separate and not combined with voice, email, or other communication preferences. If you wish to adjust your SMS preferences, please visit your account settings or contact us directly.

1. Emails

If Users send emails through True North Realty Site, the User must understand that the email will include an email address and any personal message included. Due to the nature of the email being sent from True North Realty Site, these emails are not private communications and therefore are not confidential. True North Realty has no responsibility to keep such information confidential if the User sends emails through True North Realty Site. Users shall not use the Site or any software provided through the Site to send spam or content that violates this agreement or any other User agreement. 1. Security

True North Realty has put security measures into place in an effort to protect User’s Personal Information while such information is under True North Realty control. All Personal Information relating to Users is stored in a reasonably secure environment, separate from the Site. User’s account information is accessible online only through the use of a confidential password. To protect the confidentiality of Personal Information, the User must keep their password confidential and not disclose it to any other person. Users are solely responsible for all uses of the Site by any person using a User password. Users shall advise True North Realty immediately if User believes its password has been misused or improperly obtained.

1. Opting Out of Communications

True North Realty gives the User the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from True North Realty, including emails, SMS messages, and other forms of communication. For SMS opt-out, Users can reply STOP to any SMS message received. For emails, every non-transactional email sent by True North Realty servers includes a link to manage preferences. Use that link to opt-out of any communications from that sender. True North Realty does not sell, rent, or share Personal Information with third parties without the User’s prior consent, except in the limited circumstances described in this Policy.

1. Policy Changes

True North Realty reserves the right to change or alter this Policy at any time. True North Realty may use User Personal Information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in this Policy. If True North Realty’s privacy practices change, True North Realty will post the policy changes to our website and notify Users by indicating the date the privacy policy was last updated. True North Realty encourages Users to check back at True North Realty Site periodically if the User is concerned about how the User’s Personal Information is used.
