Christina Shearer joined True North Realty on November 7, 2024, stepping into her role as Operations Administrator with passion, experience, and an unwavering commitment to serving others. Her dedication to glorifying her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, shines through in everything she does, making her an exceptional addition to our mission-driven team.

With over 21 years of experience working for the Department of Defense (DOD), Christina brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in administration and operations. After taking an early retirement in December 2023, she was eager to embark on this exciting new chapter, where her organizational skills and leadership will help support and elevate our growing team. Christina holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore, combining her educational background with her natural ability to bring order and efficiency to every task.

In her role at True North, Christina excels in managing closing processes, overseeing agent commission distributions, and handling office finances and accounting. She provides essential support to the team, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Her passion for spreadsheets and organization helps keep the entire team on track, making her a pivotal part of our operations. Christina’s attention to detail and dedication to excellence play a vital role in our continued success.

Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Christina’s faith-led journey has taken her to Texas, Colorado, and, most recently, North Carolina, where she and her husband, DuWayne, are thrilled to settle and plant roots in the community. Married for over eight years, they share their home with five beloved Labradors—Gracie, Zeke, Obi, Bear, and Luke—who bring love, joy, and energy to their lives.

When not focusing on work or caring for her furry companions, Christina enjoys hiking and immersing herself in nature, often exploring mountain trails in the warmer months. Known for her love of organization, she often says, “I have a spreadsheet for that!”—a lighthearted motto that reflects her ability to bring clarity and structure to any project.



Christina’s favorite Bible verses, Colossians 3:23—“Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men”—and 1 Corinthians 14:40—“Let all things be done decently and in order”—serve as guiding principles in both her personal and professional life. Her faith and commitment to excellence are evident in everything she does, and she makes a significant impact on our team and the community we serve.
