I am delighted to introduce Viktoriya, the newest member of our esteemed team at True North Realty. Viktoriya's journey into real estate is a testament to passion, dedication, and a profound commitment to client satisfaction.

Originally hailing from Russia, and a majority of their life spent in America, Viktoriya brings a bilingual advantage—fluent in both English and Russian—that enriches their ability to connect with a diverse clientele.

Viktoriya has her bachelors degree in healthcare as a registered nurse. Her experience in healthcare instilled in her the values of empathy, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic—qualities that seamlessly transitioned into her career in real estate.

In 2019, Viktoriya decided to pursue her passion for property management and real estate, focusing on multifamily properties and new construction/flips. Her background in healthcare, coupled with her enthusiasm for architecture and design, uniquely positions her to understand and meet the diverse needs of her clients.

Relocating from Massachusetts to North Carolina in 2022 marked a pivotal moment in Viktoriya's career. Embracing the vibrant real estate market of the Carolinas, she earned her North Carolina real estate license in 2023 and is currently working on her South Carolina license as well, solidifying her commitment to excellence in the field. 

Beyond her professional endeavors, Viktoriya finds joy and fulfillment in her family life. She cherishes spending time with her supportive spouse and their two children, exploring new destinations, and creating lasting memories together.

Guided by her faith, Viktoriya lives by biblical principles that shape her personal and professional decisions. Her integrity, compassion, and dedication to serving others are evident in every interaction.
